I’ve always been drawn to storytelling, and after graduating from Colorado Christian University, I found myself in what many call the “oh wow, all of my friends are getting married” season—celebrating the love stories of friends all around me. During that time, I noticed a common theme: so many couples I knew wanted a wedding film, but simply couldn’t afford the high price tag.

That’s when I had a thought: What if I could tell these stories in a way that truly captured the beauty, emotion, and authenticity of the day—without them breaking the bank?

That’s how Layman Films was born.

Now, I get the joy of documenting couples on one of the most meaningful days of their lives. My goal is simple: to tell your story in the most honest, heartfelt way possible—something you’ll be proud to watch and relive for years to come. I believe everyone deserves to have their story told beautifully, and I’m proud to offer a service that’s both affordable and high-quality.
